Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – shipping will automatically be applied at checkout based on the items and quantity of items. Shipping is based on weight per order.

0 - 5kg - R110.00
6 - 15kg - R166.00
16 - 25kg - R250.00

Order Processing Time

We take great pride in processing and packing your order for safe shipping. We kindly ask for patience as we do our best to get your order to you in a timeous manner. Orders can take between 3 – 5 days to be processed and shipped.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We are currently unable to fulfill international orders and only ship locally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
